Dream Helpers will…

1. Keep expenses within the approved budget

2. Develop a list of available performers and talent based on y our requirement

3. Negotiate and finalize all contractual arrangements with managers and agents

4. Secure all necessary travel arrangements

5. Design and order all advertising contract

6. Acquire professional sound, lighting, and stage set-up (only required events)

7. Obtain host and disc jockey

8. Produce the day of the event time schedule

9. Provide on-site staff to troubleshoot issues that arise during the day of the event Arrive at the venue site prior to the event to perform a walk-thru

Using various media outlets, we can develop and execute a local marketing strategy and public relations campaign for your target audiences. Based on your specific needs, we will generate progress reports at regular intervals giving you a status of your event. We believe this is a key factor in customer satisfaction.

At Dream Helpers, we pride ourselves in the creation, implementation, and execution of special events.

As an incentive to the students who are diligent participants, those students will receive the opportunity to attend and/ or participate in one of our sponsored step shows, battle of the bands or drum line competitions.
